Iceland has two major chocholate makers: Noí Sírís and Góa. I think Noí Sírís makes creamier chocolate, and they are my prefered brand, but Góa makes my favorite chocolate cookie.
They make the best chocolate bars in a variety of flavors.
Milk chocolate, milk chocolate with hazelnuts and raisins, milk chocolate with caramel and sea salt are three of my favorites. The caramel and sea salt is relatively new and is my current favorite.
Chocolate Covered Raisins
Noí Síríus and Góa both make these and I can’t tell you which one is better because they are different. Góa has better raisins – they are plump and juicy, though they are not as plump and juicy now as they used to be a few years ago. Nóa has better quality chocolate and has a thicker layer of chocolate.
